Local Area Deliveries
Delivery is guaranteed to the roadside or wherever the delivery vehicle can park.
Goods will be stacked as neatly as possible, and can be taken onto your site, at the discretion of our delivery driver, and at your own risk.
Please inform in advance if there are any access difficulties, e.g. narrow lanes, steep driveway etc so that an appropriately sized vehicle can be allocated to your order.
When will my order be delivered?
We allocate delivery slots when they are available and your delivery date will be shown on your order
We will always email you to confirm your order details, and you will receive a telephone call or email the day before delivery is due to advise of estimated delivery time
Product Shortages
Due to ongoing product supply issues, it is recommended that you do not book contractors to carry out work until all materials have been delivered. Fall Timber cannot be held liable for contractor charges if deliveries do not go out on the specified date. Sometimes it may be necessary to delay orders due to not having stock, or supply chain delivery issues. We reserve the right to do this when necessary and this would be confirmed by telephone or email if applicable.
How much will delivery cost?
When you register your address details then your postcode is used to determine the delivery costs. Delivery costs start from £9.95 plus VAT.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to a radius of approximately 50 miles from our distribution centre in Leeming.
UK Mainland Deliveries for smaller items
We use both the Royal Mail delivery and a courier service for smaller items, which depends on the size of your order and delivery location.
When will my order be delivered?
Selected products can be posted to UK mainland addresses. These products are flagged with a ‘UK Mainland Delivery’ icon. They are normally dispatched within 2 working days.
How much will smaller item UK mainland delivery cost?
The standard delivery charge is £15.00+VAT, but there may be a surcharge to the Scottish Highlands.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days, from receipt of goods to return them.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hrs of collection or delivery.
Any timber cut to order, non- standard sized fencing panels and specific panels marked as made to order or gates cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
All goods to be returned must be in the condition in which they were received (clean and unused), complete with all the original packaging, labelling and the appropriate copy purchase invoice for the item.
A 10% handling charge will occur if goods are returned due to customer over ordering. This is to cover transaction and restocking costs.
Goods must be returned to us at your own cost.
We recommend that you get a proof of postage when returning all goods by the Royal Mail or Courier, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen before they are received by us.
